A video went viral of a woman in Miami getting naked while dancing and slathering her body with ketchup in front of diners at a Johnny Rockets. Twenty-three-year old Angelic Isabella Valle who hails from south Florida has been charged with indecent exposure, lewd and lascivious behavior and disorderly conduct, and incite to riot, according to the authorities, Daily Mail reported.
The incident occurred on Oct. 9 on the 700 block of Ocean Drive and was then posted on social media weeks after. During Valle's bond court on Friday, a bond of $3,000 was set by a Miami-Dade County judge. Her father appeared on court saying that Valle has a history of poor mental health, according to Local 10.
During the incident, Valle was allegedly coming on to men inside the diner while taking off her bikini. She caused $420 in damages when she broke two tables and two glasses, according to the Mirror UK.
The police are also still looking for the man who was seen in the video touching Valle's genitals, according to Daily Mail.
One hotel owner belonging to a group of business owners in South Beach wants the fun in their area to continue, but says it should be handled responsibly. "It's a carnival-like circus, pretty much 24 hours a day, and I am hoping the city can take some control of it," Sherbrooke Hotel owner Mitch Novice said, according to NBC Miami.
Miami Beach City Manager Jimmy Morales explained how they are trying to regulate incidents like this one.
"We're trying to get the bad apples there, some of the businesses that perhaps engage and let people get away with too much. We are trying to encourage them to adopt model behavior," Morales said.
One move that the city manager emphasized is the adjustments taking on their liquor laws where no drinking is allowed outside establishments beyond 2 a.m., NBC Miami added.
