Lenovo Idea Pad A10 Manual Accidentally Leaks Online, Comes up With Specs For the Upcoming Laptop

Lenovo confirmed its latest laptop edition, IdeaPad A10, after the manual for the device got accidentally leaked online. It is the first Android based laptop from Lenovo.

Multiple reports suggest that the Chinese Electronics manufacturer deliberately leaked the manual to get a fair idea of the market prior to its release. However, Chris Millward, the Lenovo spokesperson, refuted the claim stating Lenovo was planning for an official launch of the laptop but somehow it got leaked online. Lenovo will launch the device in UAE, passing on to other major regions over time. "The product has not been canceled. It will be going out to the market," said Miliward in a statement, reports CNet. However Miliward did not comment on the price tag or the availability of the device as of now.

The leaked manual shows the upcoming laptop sporting a 10-inch HD display that also acts as a touch screen for the device. The laptop can be twisted around 300 degrees that makes the front screen comfortably rest down when folded with the key board facing down wards. The device powered by a Quad-Core Processor is likely to carry 1GB RAM and16GB internal memory. The laptop runs on Android 4.2. However, the laptop may not include an optional disk drive.

The laptop also features a 0.3 mega pixel camera. An USB port external memory slot, HDMI port and a head jack is placed on either side of the laptop. The keyboard on the laptop shares many of the common buttons like 'Home Screen', 'Previous' and 'App Screen' found on most of the Android devices. Wireless connectivity includes Bluetooth, NFC and Wi-Fi for the device. The IdeaPad A10 can be charged with the regular Micro USB Charger like the latest Chromeboook edition unveiled by Google, Monday.

Although there has been no word on the price for the laptop, the gadget is expected to be pocket friendly. When PC manufacturers are struggling to resurrect their position in the market, it is an ideal time for Lenovo to come with its Android based laptop, according to a recent post on the PC World.
