Austrian Airlines, improved its website and made it easier to access through all its options, reports Breaking Travel News.
The new website is prioritized for easy access with quick links directing to the most important travel related options such as bookings, flight status, booking hotels or renting a car. The direct access option will be available on all the linked pages simplifying access to the key options from any page.
"This is a fundamental rework our website in terms of its navigation, design and functions," Karsten Benz, CCO Austrian Airlines said. "It is now easier to use and features more clearly structured menu guidance. By using quicklinks in the form of easy-to-understand service images, we've now made it easier than ever before for visitors to navigate their way through the new website."
The new website is designed to be operational on any Internet device such as computers, laptops and tablets. Mobile users can access the website through the mobile version of the site. Special apps for iPhone and Android Smartphone users are available for free in App store and Play store, respectively.
