After months of rumors, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton officially confirmed that the two "The Voice" coaches are indeed a couple. During an interview with Ryan Seacrest, fellow "The Voice" judge Adam Levine told the radio host that while Shelton and Stefani might be famous, they are real people as well.
"They're my friends. Gwen and I have really bonded lately. She's just the coolest, most wonderful person ever," Levine told Seacrest. "People don't really realize that they are humans and they have problems just like everybody else. I love my friends, and I support my friends through everything. I've been actually really enjoying getting to know Gwen better in the past two months."
The Maroon 5 singer also posted a selfie of the three of them to his official Facebook and captioned the picture: "Family. (Blake is the stepbrother)."
Before the couple officially confirmed the news that they were an item, they were seen together at Levine's Halloween party, according to E! News. The new couple had their arms wrapped around each other as they enjoyed the spooky festivities. Days later, they were seen arriving in Nashville together ahead of the 2015 CMA awards.
"Gwen and Blake are longtime friends who have very recently started dating," Stefani's spokesperson said the day after they were photographed together.
Stefani and Shelton both recently got divorced. Stefani announced her split from her longtime husband, Gavin Rossdale, in August, while Shelton announced and finalized his divorce from fellow country music artist Miranda Lambert in July.
Shelton and Stefani first sparked dating rumors in September when Stefani returned to coach another season of "The Voice."
