Toronto Zoo Panda Twins Update: Cubs Are Doing Great! (PICTURE, VIDEO)

Its panda update time! The last time we checked in with the Toronto Zoo's Er Shun was Oct. 13, when she gave birth to twins. Fingers have been crossed and prayers were said that the twins remain healthy, and so far, the 1-month-old cubs are doing great, according to Global News.

If you remember the picture of these little pandas from the day they were born, you will remember that they were pink with a few white wispy hairs and, like many newborns, blind at birth, as previously reported by HNGN. They resembled nothing of the little black and white cuties that they will morph into as they grow up.

Mother Er Shun is doing fabulous and continues as the world's best panda mom with her natural maternal instincts with the cubs in the den. Awww, no wonder she is a fan favorite on the panda cams, which is the only way the public can see this happy family. The cubs are still in critical growth phases until they are around 6 months old, so they will not be on view to the public, instead remaining with their other in the maternity ward, according to The Star.
