Season 21 of "Dancing With The Stars" may have just ended last night, but season 22 is already in the works. After one of the most eventful seasons yet with Bindi Irwin being crowned champion, we can only imagine what amazing things season 22 will have to offer.
Before this season began, veteran judge Len Goodman announced that he would be taking some time off, leaving judges Julianne Hough, Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba to hold down the fort. After 20 seasons as a judge, Goodman explained that it wasn't going to work out for him this year due to scheduling and family commitments, as HNGN previously reported. Over the past several months, he has been judging the British version of the show, "Strictly Come Dancing," and awaiting the arrival of his grandson.
Goodman made a very special announcement via video chat during last night's finale. "Greetings, everyone. Len Goodman here," the 71-year-old judge said. "Now I've been watching the show from the UK, and I must say everyone has been doing a fantastic job. Now you finalists, I want you to give it your all in these last dances. As for the pros, I've got a mention for you as well. Listen up: Len is coming back next season. And I don't want any of your nonsense."
And lucky for us, we won't have to wait too long to see Goodman back in action, because season 22 will premiere on March 21, 2016, according to People. As of now, all of the three other judges are set to return, as well as hosts Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews. It's only a matter of time before those casting rumors start breaking.
