The Victorians finished the first leg of tournament with a comfortable win over the Rangpur Riders on Thursday. Sri Lankan fast bowler Nuwan Kulasekera's four wicket haul helped the Victorians to restrict the Riders at 82, the lowers-ever score in the 2015 BPL, according to bdnews24.
The Sylhet franchise has been struggling since the beginning of tournament, as it lost four consecutive matches in the first leg of the 2015 BPL. Super Stars lost their previous match against the Dhaka Dynamites by 34 runs, The Daily Star reported. Kumar Sangakkara's 75 off 56 balls and Mosharraf Hossain's three wicket haul helped the Dynamites to register an easy win over the Super Stars.
