Forbes released its 2013 "NFL's Most-Disliked Players" list.
1. Michael Vick (53%)
"Those who identify as big NFL fans like him, but much of the wider audience still knows him as the dog-fighting guy."
Vick pleaded guilty in 2007 to federal charges for his role in the "Bad Newz Kennels" dog fighting investigation. After serving his prison sentence, Vick signed with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2009. He had a great season in 2010, but has been inconsistent since.
2. Manti Te'o (48%)
"Not enough playing time as a rookie yet to erase memories of the bizarre fake girlfriend episode at Notre Dame last year."
A foot injury gave Te'o a slow start. He's played in four games, recording a combined 17 tackles.
3. Ndamukong Suh (43%)
"Fans love tough players, but not dirty players. It's a line Suh often flirts with."
Suh's earned the reputation as a dirty player for his questionable hits on players. Some of his bigger incidents include a stomping incident and a groin kick. Suh won the top honors on the "Most-Disliked" list last year.
4. Ben Roethlisberger (40%)
"Past investigations into sexual assault accusations never yielded any charges, but still hover over his image."
The Steelers quarterback has two Super Bowl rings from three appearances, but Pittsburgh's recent lack of success hasn't helped people forget the two sexual assault allegations leveled at him in 2009 and 2010.
5. Mark Sanchez (40%)
"Has never seemed unlikeable, just began taking heat for his own and the Jets regression last year. With rookie QB Geno Smith now showing promise, Sanchez, out with an injured shoulder, is even easier to dump on."
After playing well in his first two seasons, Sanchez has dropped off. He's known more for his "butt-fumble" than his play, and it's almost certain the New York Jets will release him after this season.
6. Jay Cutler (33%)
"A perpetual sourpuss. Is Cutler ever happy?"
His constant scowl and up-and-down play make it difficult for fans to embrace him.
7. Tony Romo (32%)
"Underrated and underappreciated. That's life as a quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys when you don't get to the Super Bowl, regardless of your elite play."
His reputation for choking in big moments, as well as his lack of postseason success, overshadows his ability under center.
8. Tom Brady (25%)
"Pretty boy, model wife, perfect life. Women love him, but guys can't picture him coming over to watch the game over a few beers, like they can with Peyton Manning or Aaron Rodgers."
Enough said.
9. Carson Palmer (24%)
"Former Heisman winner from USC has seen his career sink after early promise. His departure from Cincinnati in 2011 - disgruntled player forcing a trade - didn't help Palmer's image."
Palmer's career fell off after a major knee injury in 2006. It didn't work out for him in Oakland; he's 3-4 this season with the Arizona Cardinals.
10. Reggie Bush (22%)
"Bush's uneven pro career (three teams in eight seasons) hasn't been enough to undo his lasting image as the USC guy who had to return his Heisman Trophy amid scandal."
Bush hasn't lived up to expectations. Since going No. 2 overall in the 2006 draft, Bush has just one 1,000-yard season under his belt.
