During the first two episodes of “The Tomorrow People” we’ve gotten very little information on the characters' pasts.
We know that John used to work at Ultra for Jedekiah and we know Stephen has struggled with mental issues that actually turned out to be his powers. Howvever, there hasn’t been much information on Cara. Well, according to the Entertainment Weekly website, we’re going to get some in tonight’s episode.
In a sneak peek provided to the website, Cara is in a car nervously making out with a guy. Eventually he starts to go too far and she realizes it’s time to get out of there.
She runs through a nearby field but the guy eventually tackles her. It’s then that he and Cara are kindly introduced to her powers. Watch here.
EW.com’s Sandra Gonzalez also reports the next few episodes are going to provide a lot of answers.
It’s a good thing the show will start to give shine some light on its characters. Usually, if a show is leaving fans with too much questions and doesn’t provide answers fast enough, it’s possible fans can get disinterested.
“The Tomorrow People” hasn’t gotten off to a fast start but I believe the plot will get better as the show progresses. The sizzle real from the recent Comic Con in New York teases as much. You can watch it below.
Hopefully Robbie Amell’s show can do as well as his cousin Stephen’s.
