Kourtney Kardashian always wanted her longtime partner Scott Disick to step up, and now that he has, he might get a second shot at their relationship. Months after calling it quits over the summer, the former couple has been spending a lot of time together with their three children, so does this mean they are back together?
"Scott has been integrating back into the family and things are going really well. They're a family unit again," a source close to the couple revealed, according to E! News. "When Kourtney talks about them, she says 'We.' It's no longer just her and the kids. It's all of them."
"Kourtney has always been taking it one day at a time," a different source told People. "But when you're with someone for that long and he's the father of your kids, you want to do everything you can to make things right."
Disick checked himself into rehab back in October, as HNGN previously reported, following his split from Kardashian after nine years together. The troubled reality star made the decision to go to a Malibu center after he received an ultimatum from Kourtney that he would not be able to see his three kids, Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 11 months.
It seemed like Kourtney's family supports her decision to get back together with the father of her children after her mother, Kris Jenner, shared a selfie on Instagram of her and Disick. "This is one of the true loves of my life," Kris wrote in the caption. "Feel so blessed to have him as the baby daddy to my Grandkids. You are amazing @letthelordbewithyou and I love you. #proudmama #memories #family #youareeverything."
"He has really picked up the slack on daddy duty," the E! source continued of Scott. "He's committed. He's helping with the kids and everyone, Kourtney included, sees how much he's trying."
