It turns out that not even having the name Bud Weisser would grant you immunity within the Budweisser brewery. St. Louis police say that 19-year-old Bud Weisser was arrested at a local Budweisser brewery located at 9th and Arsenal after authorities responded to reports of an altercation between the facility's security officer and a suspect, reported Mashable.
Weisser had entered a restricted area of the brewery Thursday evening but refused to leave after being asked by security, police said.
Upon their arrival, police arrested Weisser and took him into custody before issuing summonses for trespassing and resisting arrest, according to FOX News.
This isn't the first time Weisser has found himself on the wrong side of the law, reported NBC News. He snuck into a local Exxon facility at 900 block of Lemay Ferry road in August 2014. Police caught him climbing out of a shattered window, but he managed to escape.
He allegedly turned himself in several days later after investigators found evidence in the form of DNA taken from blood left at the scene, which linked him to the break-in. Documents indicate that he was charged with second-degree burglary.
