Jennifer Lawrence: Stephen Colbert Told Actress Is Terrified Of Aliens On 'The Late Show' (VIDEO)

Jennifer Lawrence joined Stephen Colbert on his big blanket underneath the stars for another hilarious edition of "Big Questions With Even Bigger Stars" on "The Late Show" Monday night. The segment was brought on by Lawrence's "deep" concerns about NASA giving away too much information about Earth.

"Based on history, when we find each other, we kill each other," Lawrence explained. "I don't feel like aliens are going to be like, 'Oh great! Let's get along.' They might not. They might want to destroy us. Have you seen a Tom Cruise movie?"

"So you're worried about the whole human race," Colbert asked Lawrence.

"So sometimes I look up into the stars and I'm like, 'Oh wow... oh god...," Lawrence told Colbert.

The two then went and laid on a blanket under the stars and thought about some of life's biggest questions, like what happens after one dies.

"I think they give your hospital bed to someone else," Lawrence said.

Lawrence, the star of the upcoming film, "Joy," also voiced her greatest regret, "Not helping that raccoon get his head out of the mayonnaise jar" and what her favorite season was, "It's a tie between Lobsterfest and Toyotathon."
