MLB Arbitration 2016: Chicago Cubs, Kansas City Royals and Toronto Blue Jays Have Plenty Of Arbitration Salaries To Settle

A few lesser-known MLB players have settled their 2016 salaries with their teams, but the rest of those who are arbitration-eligible are still waiting to get their raises. The Kansas City Royals, Chicago Cubs and Toronto Blue Jays are among those who have some high-profile players to pay.
