Kris Jenner has fired her entired security team several days after a Kardashian-obsessed fan walked right into her home.
The fan walked right into Kris Jenner's Hidden Hills home Tuesday morning while most of the family, including Kim Kardashian and her children North and Saint West, were home after he had convinced security he was part of the team working on the Christmas decorations, as HNGN previously reported. Once Jenner realized that the man, who came face-to-face with her, did not belong there, she quickly called 911 and the man was taken away. Jenner realized how dangerous this was for not only her, but her entire family, and did what she needed to do.
About 24 hours after the incident happened, Jenner, 60, was "livid" and fired her entire security team, sources close to the family told TMZ. She was especially angry because she's supposed to have 24-hour surveillance to prevent specific incidents like this from happening, and she never truly got an explanation as to why this failed.
Jenner wasn't the only one angry about the situation, either. Kim's husband Kanye West was equally mad, as his children were home at the time and he ordered in his own security team, which is made up of off-duty cops, to take over temporarily until Jenner hires a new team she can trust.
Sheriffs who arrested the mystery man, who was wearing a backpack at the time, believe that there could have been a miscommunication with security because there was construction going on in the area. "It was really scary," a family member told E! News of the encounter.
Lieutenant Christina Baker also said that nobody was hurt or arrested during the incident, but that the man was detained and put on psychiatric hold.
