There haven’t been many Olicity moments this season. Shippers got the moment in the season premiere when Oliver (Stephen Amell) saved Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) from the landmine and fell on top of her. Then there was the adorable moment when Felicity slipped up and said she liked spending her nights with Oliver.
Well, Olicity shippers are about to get some good news. According to TVLine.com, Episdoe 6 will feature something pretty significant for fans of the potential relationship.
If Oliver is planning to romance Felicity this season he will have some competition. According to the Entertainment Weekly website, Colton Haynes, who plays Roy, said Dr. Barry Allen/The Flash (Grant Gustin) will have his eye on Team Arrow’s tech girl.
“I know his chemistry with Emily [Rickards] is electric,” Haynes said. “Olicity shippers are going to be in for a little rude awakening this season. I don’t know if they’re going to get what they want.”
After this week, Oliver may be distracted from any possible relationship with Felicity. In the preview for this week’s episode, the Arrow is chasing the Black Canary until the chase comes to a halt on a rooftop. He unmasks her and is left in shock before she escapes.
I’m guessing he’s realized the Black Canary is Sara Lance (Caity Lotz), who Oliver thought was dead. How will Oliver move forward now that he knows the truth? Will he get the answers he wants from Sara?
