I’m going to go out on a limb and say Rayna was feeling pretty good about herself at the end of last week’s episode.
She had the comeback performance of the year and also gave Jeff a piece of her mind.
While her career will be pretty near the forefront of her mind, she’ll probably be thinking about her father’s current situation with the law.
Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) for Rayna she doesn’t know the whole story about her dad—as in he might be guilty for the murder of her mother.
"It would be heartbreaking for Rayna to realize there might be any link [between] her father and her mother's death," Connie Britton, who plays Rayna, said recently according to TVGuide.com. "But I also think there might be a part of Rayna that thinks to herself, 'Well, I always knew he was a bad guy.'"
Juliette will have some problems of her own in this week’s episode. According to a sneak peek posted on the “Nashville” Facebook page, Juliette runs into Charlie Wentworth at an event which is attended by some pretty important people. Things get really really uncomfortable.
First, Juliette finds out that Charlie invited her to the event. Then, to make matters worse, she runs into Olivia. (Im guessing standing next to a woman when you slept with her husband isn’t really fun.)
Not that I condone sleeping with another person’s spouse, but in this instance I actually feel sorry for Juliette. You can watch the sneak peek here.
