Drunk Man Dressed As Clown Dangles Child From Washington Overpass

A drunk man dressed as a clown allegedly dangled a 13-year-old over an overpass in Kenosha, Washington early Sunday morning, WSAW-TV reported.

According to court documents, a woman called police after she witnessed a man in clown makeup forcing two screaming children into the woods around 2:00 a.m. The children, aged 13 and 8, identified the man as Antonio Brown -- their mother's boyfriend -- and said he invited them to walk along the train tracks.

The children reportedly had walked the tracks with Brown before.

Reports say Brown was severely intoxicated and forced the children to drink alcohol. The older child was forced to drink so much that he threw up.

After climbing up a hill onto the tracks, the children got scared and tried to run. Brown eventually caught up with them and grabbed the older child, dangling him upside down above the overpass. Afterward, he dangled the younger child from a train car and allegedly said he would kill him.

Brown is charged with two counts of physical abuse of a child and two counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety. If convicted, he could face up to 16 years in prison.

He is being held in the Kenosha County Jail on a $10,000 cash bond. He does not currently have legal representation.
