The Florida Panthers-Ottawa Senators game on Tuesday night got unintentionally bloody when the Senators' Alex Chiasson clipped ageless wonder Jaromir Jagr in the mouth with a high stick, sending the future Hall of Famer to the ice in a pool of blood. Check out video of the incident...
The 43-year-old Jagr scored his 732nd NHL goal on Sunday, but it's likely he may miss at least a few games after this incident. With the goal, Jagr moved into fourth place on the league's all-time scoring list.
Jagr currently leads a mostly young cast of Panthers forwards with 24 points in 31 games.
In a show of class, Jagr made sure to tape Chiasson on the helmet as he made his way off the ice amid a chorus of cheers from fans at the BB&T Center.
