Chris Pratt proved himself worthy of his superhero title this week when he visited Seattle Children's Hospital with Ciara, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, and, most famously, a dancing baby Groot toy.

With gift boxes from Amazon and holiday spirit, the three celebrities brought a little sunshine to the hospital.
"Got to meet a ton of great kids and parents," Pratt wrote on Instagram. "Also got to spend some time with one of my personal role models @dangerusswilson and his lovely lady Ciara. I am truly living the dream. Say a prayer for all those kids who don't get to be at home for Xmas."

Pratt has long been known to be one of the nicest movie stars in Hollywood. He certainly proved it yet again this week.
