Reality star Heidi Montag is going under the knife again after having ten plastic surgery procedures to alter her look. The former "Hills" star sat down with "Entertainment Tonight" to talk about her decision to get more surgery and reduce her breast implants form an F cup to a D cup.
Montag revealed to ET that she had to drop a cup size because of health reasons telling host Brooke Anderson that she has been suffering from severe back pains for almost four years, shortly after she got them put in.
"Sometimes when I'm just sitting there my breasts hurt so bad I just wanna like rip them off," Montag said. "I have a ruptured disk in my neck, the nerves are like pinching with the spine and I'm having severe back problems with my muscles on my right shoulder."
Montag also said her spine is being pulled forward from the weight of the breasts and she has experienced numbness in her arm.
She did admit that she had regrets about getting such large implants but was never warned from the first surgeon, the late Dr. Frank Ryan, about the risks and complications.
The 5-hour, $22,000 procedure was filmed by ET for a segment called "Bad Plastic Surgery." In November 2009 Montag revealed that she had gotten ten surgeries done in one long procedure. Besides the breast implants the reality star had her ears pinned, Botox, fat injections in her lips and cheeks, neck liposuction, buttocks augmentation, a breast augmentation, liposuction from other parts of her body, a chin reduction, nose job revision and a brow lift.
"I risked everything. I risked my whole life for what," she said back in 2010 about her procedures.
During a 2010 interview with Life & Style magazine, she said at the time she was seeking perfection but the surgeries left her with visible scars.
"Parts of my body definitely look worse than they did presurgery," she said. "This is not what I signed up for."
She told the magazine that she had a 2-inch scar under her chin, two bald spots along her hairline from having a brow lift, jagged scars behind her ears and marks on her lower back and below her butt. She said the scars are a constant reminder that she made a mistake.
Montag told ET that she was glad to get the breast reduction and promised that she never waned to go under the knife again.
