An early morning shooting outside of a Daytona Beach nightclub left two people dead and one injured, according to The Orlando Sentinel.
Police are now investigating the incident after they received a call at 2:30 a.m. from outside the Biarritz Club. The popular nightclub is situated on 309 Pearl Street, close to Bethune-Cookman University.
One man was found dead at the scene, while another made it to the hospital before succumbing to his injuries, WFTV reported. The third man is currently at Halifax Medical Center.
This isn't the first reported shooting at the Biarritz nightclub this year, officials say. Daytona Beach Police Chief Michael Chitwood said that police have responded to at least six shootings at this particular club. The most recent incident occurred in September, when four people were injured in a shooting following a bar fight.
Police are not releasing the names of any victims at this time, according to Fox 35.
"The specifics of the incident are still unfolding. There are no cooperative witnesses at this point in the investigation and no suspects are not known at this time," Sgt. James Chirco said in a press release.
