Jennifer Lawrence has a secret she did not want the world to know: she used to be a model for Abercrombie & Fitch. The actress made an appearance on "The Graham Norton Show" along with fellow Academy-Award winner Eddie Redmayne, where the two discussed their embarrassing past modeling gigs.
In the clips from the show that were posted Thursday, host Norton showed pictures of one of Redmayne's early photo shoots, but he noted that he could not find any of Lawrence's.
"I did the whole campaign and the pictures never came out, and I didn't know why," Lawrence said. "My agent wrote and asked why, and they literally only responded with the photos. Their whole idea was like 'We want real people.'"
Lawrence said that Abercrombie took the models to a beach and instructed them to play football while a photographer took pictures.
"The other models were like, playing football in a pretty way," she continued. "But not me! [In] all of the photos I've got a red face, covered in sweat, my nostrils are flared... At one point, a girl yelled, 'Get her away from me!'"
In the same episode, which is set to broadcast on New Year's Eve, Lawrence also explained by she was not a fan of the holiday, as HNGN previously reported.
"I really hate it," explained Lawrence. "I've never had a good one. Everyone's chasing a good time and it's always a disappointment. I plan on doing nothing and then if something lands in my lap... but I always end up drunk and disappointed."
"'Drunk and Disappointed' should be the title of my memoir!" she added jokingly.
Norton's interview with Lawrence and Redmayne will air on BBC One on Thursday, Dec. 31, at 10:45 p.m.
