Miley Cyrus Mocks Salacious 'In Touch' Tabloid Cover Accusing Her Of Massive Meltdown

"Out of control: 4 men in 4 weeks!" proclaims the latest In Touch tabloid cover, featuring a photo of Miley Cyrus crying during an emotional performance of "Wrecking Ball" along with the title: "Miley Admits: I Need Help!" Despite the tabloid's salacious claims, it seems that Cyrus has gotten the last laugh.

While In Touch declares that Cyrus has hit "rock bottom" and "needs help," sources close to the 20-year-old star maintain that it couldn't be further from the the truth.

According to GossipCop, the allegations made in the tabloid, including that Cyrus is "emotionally fragile" and "destroyed by fame and feeling totally alone" are "100 percent false." As for the alleged "4 men in 4 weeks" headline, published alongside a photo of her dancing with an "unidentified male model" at a club, it's likely a reference to Cyrus's recently rumored beaus, including Mike WiLL Made It, Theo Werner and Good Charlotte's Benji Madden, none of which have been confirmed.

"They have no idea what they are talking about," a source close to Cyrus told GossipCop.

And as for her alleged "scary obsession with drugs," Cyrus has admitted to experimenting with Molly and other club drugs, and is an unashamed fan of marijuana, but the star has never exhibited any signs of addiction or dependence.

"She doesn't have many real friends and is constantly messed up. She never wants to go home, never wants to be alone and doesn't want the party to end," a source told In Touch, while another claims that Cyrus is very unhealthy and "barely eats," attributing the star's latest antics to a "cry for help."

Cyrus, however, doesn't seem to take the allegations seriously. The star, never one to shy away from bad press, recently changed her Twitter profile photo to the sensationalized tabloid cover.

Despite all of the controversy she's created with her image overhaul and media antics, Miley Cyrus remains one of Hollywood's hottest stars, her latest album "Bangerz" having debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 charts.
