From episode to episode on ABC’s “Scandal” someone gets in some sort of trouble .This week, it’s Harrison’s turn.
"Harrison gets a turn in the hot water," Darby Stanchfield recently told EOnline. "It's just the beginning but we get to learn a little bit more about him. It's so so fun what's coming up!"
This is good since we’ve gotten at least a little bit of information on almost every character except Harrsion.
Whatever “hot water” Harrison gets into can’t be as bad as the hot water Fitz is about to get into.
Last episode we found out he might have killed Olivia’s mother. According to the preview of next week’s episode, Olivia will challenge Fitz about the act and as you can imagine, the confrontation doesn’t go well.
In addition to any problems he might have with Olivia, the president also has a problem when it comes to his reelection campaign—and her name is Josie Marcus. During a recent interview with TVGuide.com, Tony Goldwyn, who plays President Fitzgerald Grant, said his character needs to be weary of Josie (Lisa Kudrow).
“Josie is a wild card because she is authentic,” Goldwyn said. “She may lack the grit required, but Fitz will need to be careful with her. In general, I think he is confident despite his vulnerabilities. This comes from the innate self-delusion and arrogance of all politicians [that] they can prevail against impossible odds. But also from his conviction that his policy agenda is the right one for the country.”
“Scandal” airs Thursdays at 10/9c on ABC.
