"Dancing with the Stars" pro Witney Carson is a married woman after tying the knot with her high school sweetheart, Carson McAllister. The pair, both 22, made things official "during a three-part celebration in the Salt Lake City area on New Year's Day," People Magazine confirmed.
"Yesterday was absolutely magical. Seriously the best two days of my life! The celebration was so much fun, and I couldn't have asked for better!" she captioned a wedding photo of her in a formal white gown designed by Rivini while standing next to her new hubby who sported a black suit and red tie.
The blonde beauty wrote alongside a stunning black and white photo of the couple, with the caption, "Can't believe today is the day!!! Finally get to be with my love forever and all eternity. Can't wait to share with all of you the details... Oh and happy New Years! #McAllisterWedding2016."
"I'm just excited to start our lives together," Carson told People.
Carson and McAllister said "I do" in front of more than 100 guests. The beautiful ceremony took place at the Salt Lake Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. They later hosted a "large dinner and reception at NOAH's Event Center in Lindon, Utah." In attendance at the dinner and reception were celebrity guests Chris Soules, Alfonso Ribeiro, Kym Johnson, Alexa PenaVega, and Carlos Penavega.
Carson's bridal party included her best friends - Lindsay Arnold, Emma Slater, Brittany Cherry, Jenna Johnson and Brooklyn Fullmer. Wedding planner Michael Russo organized the wedding and the wedding party were gifted clutches for bridesmaids and wallets for groomsmen.
"The inspiration for the wedding came from my hometown in Utah. It's so beautiful here and I've always loved it! I wanted the wedding to be cozy and warm, romantic and embody the essence of Utah in winter. I've always wanted my wedding to be simple yet romantic, but can still give people an impression of who Carson and I are together," Carson recently told The Knot about the nuptials.
Witney and Carson, who got engaged in October, started dating during their senior year of high school but have known each other since junior high. McAllister admitted that Witney has been his "dream girl since 7th grade."
"She didn't know I existed until senior year. We became really close friends and kinda started dating," he added. "From the second I got to know her, I could tell she was the most loving and understanding girl I'd ever met."
Just days before their nuptials, the beauty went makeup-free for a picture holding her marriage license with McAllister and wrote, "It just got real people... #cantwait."
