Jane Lynch kicked off the 2016 People's Choice Awards teaching everyone a new dance move called the Lynch Jane Jane. The first-time host also spread her wings, literally, much like her new "guardian angel" character in "Angel from Hell."
Vin Diesel accepted the awards for Favorite Movie and Favorite Action Movie on behalf of the cast of "Furious 7." "The Big Bang Theory" took home both Favorite TV Show and Favorite TV Comedy, and star Jim Parsons won Favorite Comedic TV Actor.
Melissa McCarthy won for her movie and TV work, receiving the award for Favorite Comedic Movie Actress and Favorite Comedic TV Actress. McCarthy also honored Ellen DeGeneres with the Favorite Humanitarian Award. The Favorite Talk Show Host gave a lovely and humorous speech. She then won over the crowd with a shirtless pic of Chris Hemsworth, which even made the Favorite Action Movie Actor smile.
On the music side, Taylor Swift won two categories, Favorite Female and Pop Artist. Shawn Mendes accepted the Favorite Breakout Artist and Madonna won the Favorite Music Icon.
Fans named Matt Bellassai their Favorite Social Media Star, while Connor Franta was their Favorite YouTube Star.
A stage crasher interrupted the acceptance speech from the ladies of "The Talk," who won Favorite Daytime TV Hosting Team. Sharon Osbourne and Sheryl Underwood quickly pushed him away from the microphone. Osbourne even kicked him off the stage, literally.
