Justin Bieber Accused of Spitting on Neighbor

Justin Bieber spat on his neighbor in Calabasas, Los Angeles, a man told authorizes according to the Los Angeles Times.

The neighbor told the Los Angeles County Sherriff’s office the young pop star spat on and threatened him during an intense argument. In addition to the argument Tuesday morning, authorities are also looking into complaints that Bieber and his friends were speeding through the neighborhood.

According to Steve Whitmore, a spokesman for the sheriff’s department, the incident has turned into a bout of he-said/he-said.

"The neighbor has complained Mr. Bieber spit on him and made some threats,” he said. “Mr. Bieber's people say that it did not happen. Obviously, our detectives will determine what happened and take appropriate action."

Whitmore said the complaints of high-speed driving through the neighborhood were simply allegations at this point. He said the pop start might have not been involved at all.

According to Whitmore, deputies arrived on scene at Prado Del Grandioso in Calabasas at 9:08 a.m. The neighbor said the altercation began at the homes of the two parties, during which time, Bieber physically assaulted and threatened him.

This is the second incident in the past year where Bieber has been accused of assault. In May, the singer allegedly assaulted a photographer.

Authorities investigated the incident. Bieber was accused of hitting a photographer after he tried to take a photo of Bieber and then-girlfriend Selena Gomez. The two were leaving a movie theater at the time and heading to a parking lot.

According to prosecutors, the photographer said Bieber kicked him and causing him to stumble. Upon further review authorities said there was no evidence to prove Bieber committed the alleged act against the photographer.

In the case of the argument in Calabasas, no one has been arrested or cited.
