Kris Jenner appeared on "In Bed With Joan," a web talk show with comedian Joan Rivers to talk about her famous family. Jenner opened up about Kourtney Kardashian's decision not to get married to Scott Disick, how she balances her time between managing and being a mom and Kim Kardashian's infamous sex tape.
The leak of Kardashian's explicit tape with then-boyfriend Ray J catapulted the family into fame and stardom but Jenner revealed that she was devastated by the news and had no idea how to deal with the scandal.
"I cried myself to sleep," she said. "I'm somewhat of a, you know, religious person, and I keep that to myself. So I live a certain way and I feel a certain way, and I pray for my kids every day, and I'm so in love with my family life. And that hits me up the side of the head, and I literally fell apart. I had to go in a room and cry for a couple days and say ok, pull yourself to-f***king-gether, because you have to be here for all these kids and your family and you have to show them as an example how to get through this."
Kardashian and R&B singer Ray J made the tape back in 2003 while they were dating but four years later the video found its way on the Internet. The tape was ultimately sold to Vivid Entertainment for reportedly millions of dollars. Not long after the tape was leaked the Kardashian family aired the first season of their reality show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."
For the most part, the reality star and new mom has been able to move on from her sex tape past - except when Ray J released a song called "I Hit It First." Check out the full interview below.
