Khloe Kardashian is ready to move on with her life and is reportedly "secretly selling" her Tarzana home she used to share with her husband Lamar Odom. According to TMZ, Kardashian has given several San Fernando Valley realtors a pocket listing - which means she doesn't want the house to appear on any public listings. In other words she wants everything done off the radar.
Anyone interested in the house will have to pre-qualify and already have the money before they can even see the house, TMZ reports. Sources told the website that the reality star wants $4 million for home; she and Odom paid a reported $3.95 million for it in 2009.
The source said Kardashian has been telling the realtors that she is ready to "start fresh and move on." Odom and Kardashian have been living separately for months. The former "Clippers" player has been staying at their downtown Los Angeles apartment after his wife kicked him out of the house following drug and cheating allegations.
On recent episodes of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" the reality star has been hinting at her marital problems with the athlete. On Sunday's episode Kardashian was trying to enjoy a camping trip with her family when someone called and told her that Odom wasn't at home and wasn't answering his phone.
"So he's MIA," she said into the phone.
"I've been down this road probably way more times than I'd like to admit," she said to the camera. "If someone wants to leave, they want to leave."
Later on she admitted that she needed the camping trip to help distract her from some of the things going on in her life. She never said what exactly Odom was going through.
"Lamar has been having a really hard time lately," she said. "It's not just black and white. There's a lot of emotional issues and as much as I'm trying to enjoy going camping with my family, I also have to cater to Lamar's needs."
Odom and Kardashian were recently spotted together for the first time in months at a Kanye West concert. According to TMZ, she invited him to the concert because she knows he has been trying to remain sober and they wanted him to enjoy himself. The source told MZ that even though he attended the concert with the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner family, he and his wife were not getting back together.
