In the latest Carpool Karaoke segment of "The Late Late Show" with James Corden, British songstress Adele not only proved that she can perfectly belt out a tune - she can rap too.
The Grammy Award-winning chart topper showed off her rapping skills to her fellow Brit as they filmed the segment while both were on holiday in London, according to the New York Daily News.
When Corden told her that he's heard rumors that she's "quite the rapper," the singer responded, "I'm not that talented on me own" before launching into her own rendition of Nicki Minaj's verse from "Monster" by Kanye West.
Minaj herself was able to catch Adele's version of her rap and went out to Twitter to praise the British star. "Pull thru, QUEEN!!!!! #Adele #Monster the attitude & fingers to match," the rapper tweeted.
Minaj also called Adele "mad ratchet," so we aren't sure Minaj truly thinks her hip-hop crown is threatened or not. ("Ratchet is If Ghetto and Hot Shitty Mess had a baby," wrote one Urban Dictionary contributor.)
Another unknown fact about Adele is that she is a massive Spice Girls fan and always has been. She even dedicated her 10th birthday to the popular British girl group.
"Ginger Spice" Geri Halliwell was the member she could relate to the most and Adele said she was devastated when she left the group in 1998.
"That was the first time she was truly heartbroken," Adele said. Corden jokingly responded, "So that's what 'Someone Like You' is about." Both then belted out their own version of the 1996 chart-topper "Wannabe."
Among other tidbits the viewers learned about the songstress is that she played the drums on her 2015 smash hit "Hello" and that she often promises strangers tickets to her shows if she gets "a couple of wine glasses into her," ET Online reported.
