Richie Incognito and Jonathan Martin filled the headlines last week as details of Incognito's alleged harassment of his teammate came to light. Incognito remains suspended, and Martin hasn't yet returned to the team.

Incognito spoke with Fox Sports on Sunday and claimed Martin was also culpable of sending vulgar messages, and the veteran guard said their exchange is typical of the way the players talk to each other in the locker room. While the Dolphins' locker room has supported Incognito, quarterback Ryan Tannehill said the team is trying its best to focus on improving from their 4-4 record.

"Right now we're focused on sticking together as a team, having each others' backs as a team, and getting ready to play a football game," Tannehill said, via ESPN. "At the end of the day, we're playing a Tampa Bay team on the road on Monday. So we have to deal with this, yes, but we also have to get ready to play a football game."

Miami snapped its four losing streak last weekend against the Cincinnati Bengals in a 22-20 win.

"You never want to lose four games in a row," Dolphins coach Joe Philbin said. "And we had an excellent football team coming into town. It was time for us to step up and we had to make a decision - what are we going to be? And I thought they answered the bell pretty well."

Miami plays a winless, hungry Tampa Bay team on Monday night. After passing the reins from Josh Freeman to rookie Mike Glennon, the Buccaneers came close to upsetting the Seattle Seahawks last weekend.

"Tough loss, but there's a lot of good things on that tape," Bucs coach Greg Schiano said. "... Things we can build off of."
