"Little Women: LA" star Christy McGinity Gibel was hospitalized after being attacked by her castmates while filming the reality series, according to TMZ.
Gibel, 38, was hanging out at the Borderline Bar & Grill in Thousand Oaks, Calif. with fellow cast members over the weekend, filming the fourth season of the reality show when the altercation took place and left Gibel with two brain contusions.
The show's producers said that Gibel was immediately taken for treatment, but when the headaches didn't go away, she admitted herself to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
Eyewitnesses reported that Gibel got into a heated argument with Terra Jole after she confronted Gibel for spreading false rumors about her co-stars.
"They cursed each other out," the source said, according to People. "Terra threw her drink at Christy's face and then the table erupted. The other girls scrambled to get away from the table, as the fight between Terra and Christy escalated to glasses being thrown at each other."
"As far as what happened to Christy, she suffered a trauma to her head," said Gibel's husband Todd, according to Daily Mail. "She's in Cedars right now. This happened a few days ago. She was suffering severe headaches, and unfortunately, we just found out that these headaches could last for weeks, possibly months."
Gibel took to Twitter on Tuesday to thank friends, family and friends for their support and reveal that she was back home and resting.
