Video surfaced of New Orleans Pelicans star Anthony Davis naked and being held down during a hazing at the University of Kentucky. The NCAA, per policy, will not investigate the matter, TMZ reports.
The video, taken during Davis' freshman year at Kentucky, shows the 2012 first-overall NBA draft pick being held down while an unidentified teammate slaps his naked bottom. Davis laughs during the ordeal, and the Wildcats went on to win the 2011-12 NCAA Championship.

Despite the video evidence, the NCAA won't investigate the incident. The organization's policy is to let schools handle in-house incidents of hazing.
"Hazing incidents at member schools are not reportable to the NCAA and therefore are not tracked by the NCAA national office," a representative told TMZ. "... If we receive a complaint about hazing, the NCAA informs the school to address it according to institutional policy."
UK hasn't responded to TMZ's request for comment.
Davis finished second in voting for the 2012-13 NBA Rookie of the Year award. Now in his second year, he's averaging 21.7 points, 11.6 rebounds, 3.9 blocks and 2.3 steals per game.
