Denise Richards‬‬ Sues Charlie Sheen For $1.2 Million For Threatening Kids

The tough times continue for Charlie Sheen. The actor's ex-wife Denise Richards has a $1.2 million lawsuit against Sheen and claimed that he has not followed through with providing financial support in the terms of a trust he set up for his children, according to E! News.

In the documents, Richards claimed that Sheen told her if she and her kids with Sheen moved into the house next door they would not be evicted. Richards claimed that she reluctantly agreed to move into the home in Mulholland Estates in Beverly Hills, Calif., next to Sheen, but once they were settled his actions and behavior became erratic toward their daughters Sam, 11, and Lola, 10, according to People.

In December 2013, Sheen's behavior got even worse and he threatened to take away his kids' presents and even allegedly said, "I'm giving all your gifts including the air hockey table to the homeless." It was after this incident that Sheen first started to threaten to evict Richards and the kids.

Sheen also allegedly sent hateful texts to his daughters multiple times. In June 2015 Sheen supposedly texted Lola: "please thank ur piece of s--t mom for ruining our friendship again call me sometime or I'll see you around the campus love dad everything she tells you is a lie good bye girls I'm probably gonna jump off a cliff yu can thank mom for that too," according to Us Weekly.

This past September, Sheen removed her and their children from the home, forcing them to rent a house for $15,000 a month, Richards claims. The actress requests the judge rule that Sheen has to pay $1.2 million toward a new home.

Richards also spoke out about the ordeal on Twitter and called out Sheen's lawyer Marty Singer.
