Scandal Season 3 Spoilers: Harrison is 'Stricken With Impending Doom'; Don't Miss Episode 9

Viewers left last week’s episode of “Scandal” with slightly more knowledge about Harrison. We now know he is trying to avoid a man named Adnan Salif at all costs. Salif was apparently out of the United States. He was trying to get back in but he was having visa troubles. Cyrus threatened to bring Salif back into the U.S. if Harrison didn’t get Olivia to run the president’s campaign. Harrison was able to get Huck to put a stop to Adnan’s trip into the states. However, Cyrus went around Huck’s measures and got Salif the visa he needs. Olivia's fast-talking lawyer definitely in trouble.

"Harrison is completely consumed and stricken with an impending doom [about] Salif's arrival into the country,” Columbus Short said about his character according to TVGuide.com.

Short added even though he was happy to know more about his character, he was also a little hesitant.

"I was cautiously optimistic at first, given that a character's backstory could ultimately lead to getting killed off," he explained.

Tomorrow’s episode of “Scandal” will have Pope & Assoc. focusing on the murder of Olivia’s mother. According to Scott Foley, you don’t want to miss it.

"I've been on shows that haven't packed as much story into 50 episodes as Scandal did in 309," Scott Foley, who plays Jake, said according to EOnline. "I'm saying this to you with my hand over my eyes and my jaw on the floor.

“ I'm blown away every time I read the script, and when we were reading 309—I think it was the end of the second act or the third act—I sort of said to myself, I guess a little too loud, I was like 'This is insanity!' People heard it and started laughing at me."

“Scandal” airs Thursdays at 10/9c on ABC.
