Wednesday, Kanye West grabbed the entire attention of the Internet when he posted a series of messages to his Twitter account that attacked fellow rapper Wiz Khalifa. For those who missed West's rant, Jimmy Kimmel was there to recap the entire thing.
"Kanye West is in another Twitter feud, and the good news is this time it's not with me," Kimmel began. "It's a lot to digest, but basically [Kanye] revealed that he is changing the title of his new album for the third time, an album he's already calling the greatest album of all time. He's changing it from 'Swish' to 'Waves.'"
Kimmel started at the beginning and explained that West's title switch got Khalifa upset and implied that West stole rapper Max B's style "the wave." The thing that really set off husband of Kim Kardashian was when Khalifa tweeted "Hit this kk and become yourself."
West thought this was a reference to his wife and subsequently went after Khalifa with a vengeance although "kk" turned out to be another nickname for a strand marijuana.
"I have to believe that Tupac and Biggie are watching this and saying, you've got to be kidding me," Kimmel said.
