'KUWTK' Recap: The Kardashian-Jenner Families React To Lamar Odom's Overdose (VIDEO)

On Sunday's (Jan. 31) episode of E!'s hit reality TV series "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," Kourtney Kardashian's ex-boyfriend Scott Disick entered rehab after an alcohol binge and cheating caused their split; Kanye West threw a surprise birthday party for Kim Kardashian West; the Kardashian-Jenner daughters helped plan momager Kris' 60th birthday bash; and the family reacted to Khloé Kardashian's estranged husband Lamar Odom's near-fatal drug overdose.

Scott Disick Entered Rehab

After a suicide scare in a previous episode, Kourtney's ex Scott Disick admitted that he needed help and checked himself into a rehabilitation center to deal with his alcohol problem. While sitting in Kris' kitchen, Kim told Khloé about Disick's decision and both women agreed they were shocked he took it upon himself to get his life back on track. Later, Kim brought Disick's three children, Penelope, Mason and Reign – whom he shares with ex-girlfriend Kourtney – to visit him in rehab. Kim told Kourtney about her visit and said Disick seemed happier. Even though it seemed like Disick is changing for the better, Kourtney vowed she isn't ready to visit her ex in rehab.

Kim's Surprise Birthday Party

Kim didn't want to have a birthday party because she was so far along into her second pregnancy, but her hip-hop artist husband Kanye West surprised her with a party anyway. Kourtney explained that West rented out an entire movie theater for his wife and guest were asked to dress like Kim, and fake baby bumps were provided so that Kim would feel more comfortable with her size. Caitlyn Jenner even attended, and she talked grandchildren with Kylie and Tyga and said she hoped to have 30 grandchildren.

Kris' 60th Birthday Bash

Kourtney, Kim and Khloé took control over planning Kris' upcoming surprise 60th birthday party and set up a recording studio session so they could recreate the "I Love My Friends" song and music video that Kris recorded for her 30th birthday. While her daughters kept her birthday party plans under wraps, Kris opened up to her friend Heather McDonald on her podcast and shot down the possibility of marriage and children with her boyfriend Corey Gamble. Even though Kris was annoyed with Gamble's concern about her workload (she said her maintaining her managing schedule is "deal-breaker"), she enjoyed the relaxing lunch-hour massage Gamble set up for her at the Four Seasons Hotel.

Lamar Odom's Hospitalization

During the episode, a message appeared on screen that explained Odom's October 13, 2015 drug overdose and his hospitalization after being found unconscious in a Nevada brothel and "out of love and respect for Lamar and the family," the network took a brief hiatus from filming. Once cameras started rolling again, the family each took turns updating Odom's condition, and Kris said Odom's recovery was a miracle. The family rallied around Khloé and her estranged husband, and Kris explained, "I think just him hearing all of our voices and seeing us and having family around is healthy and might make a difference." They even addressed the reason why Khloé decided to call off the divorce amid Odom's health scare. "She has been by Lamar's side and Lamar isn't really in a place where he can really make these decisions," Kim said of her sister. "So I think it's just the best decision for Khloé to make the best medical decisions for Lamar."
