Reign CW: Team Bash vs. Team Francis? [WATCH]; Evidence For Both Sides

A promo was recently released on the “Reign” Facebook page highlighting the biggest conflict on the show. No, not Catherine vs. Mary. Not Bash vs. the pagans. Not France vs. England.

The conflict? #TeamBash vs. #TeamFrancis

In the video, which can be seen below, Torrance Coombs (who plays Bash) and Tony Regbo (who plays Francis) are asking fans which side they will take.

Let’s look as both suitors for Mary:

Francis: Francis is the future king of France and has been set to marry Mary since they were children. Francis was Mary’s first love and they’ve enjoyed each other’s company dating back to those childhood days. The two have also shared more than one intimate moment this (the kiss before he told her to marry Tomas and the makeout session in the woods while Mary was waiting to finalize her engagement with Tomas.) Recently, Francis has been involved with his former love Olivia (a plan orchestrated by his mother Catherine). Olivia has managed to cause some tension between the prince and the young queen. Despite their love for each other, Francis is not totally committed to marrying Mary at the moment.

Bash: Bash flirts with nearly every young lady at court. He’s flirted with Lola. He’s even shared a moment with Kenna as they were weirdly talking about her affair with his father. Coombs recently told EOnline that it’s possible his character could hook up with Lola and/or Kenna. Last episode, Bash shared a kiss with Mary while she was drunk and upset with Francis. However, they seem to have some real chemistry.

So, that begs the question—which side are you on? #TeamBash or #Team Francis.
