On this week's episode of "Glee" former supermodel Tyra Banks is guest starring as Bichette, a former model who now owns a modeling agency in New York City. Banks' character is a snarky and cold casting director who tells one aspiring model they are too fat, Wetpaint reports.
It was previously revealed that Sam (Chord Overstreet) was going to the Big Apple to pursue a career in modeling. In episode six he meets with Bichette who tells him he has the right look to become a successful male model but he needs to drop a few pounds fist.
"You have to lose ten pounds," Bichette tells Sam. "I recommend ipecac and cigarettes. And if not I know this guy in Chinatown that would give you a fabulous tapeworm."
The character is mocking what a lot of aspiring models go through in order to make it in the industry. Banks said she would never tell a model on "America's Next Top Model" that they had to drop a few pounds but she did have fun playing Bichette.
However, she insisted that the character look different from her because she would never say the things Bichette does in real life. That's why the show decided to darken Bichette's hair and give her a fierce geometric haircut with bold, Cleopatra-like makeup.
Bichette does give Sam some words of encouragement and tells him that she likes his lips.
"The lips they're kind of like..." she said. "Trouty," Sam interrupts smiling.
"Yes, that's it. Trouty mouth," Bichette said.
This season of "Glee" has already seen a number of guest stars including Adam Lambert, who plays the over-the-top Starchild and Demi Lovatto, who plays Dani the love interest of Santana (Naya Rivera).
The episode, titled "Movin' out" is also a musical tribute Billy Joel and airs Thursday, Nov. 21 at 9 p.m. on Fox.
