Kate Upton and Maksim Chmerkovskiy's relationship is reportedly on the rocks. Sources told Radar Online that Chmerkovskiy has been telling people that he is not going to bring Upton as his date to a wedding the two were supposed to attend together.
"Maks isn't saying anything bad about her, but it's a very telling development that she's no longer accompanying him to the wedding," the source said.
According to Radar the couple has not been photographed together since Oct. 28 and Upton was recently spotted sitting court-side at a New York Knicks game with a mystery man. Chmerkovskiy and Upton are both super busy people and their schedules could be the reason the former "Dancing With the Stars" pro decided not to take her to the wedding.
According to the New York Daily News, the Sports Illustrated model was apartment hunting in New York City so she could and Chmerkovskiy could spend more time together. A source told the newspaper that she was looking at places in the Flatiron District, so she could live closer to her boyfriend. Chmerkovskiy has a place near Fort Lee, N.J. while Upton is currently living in Florida near her family.
"They're getting closer, but there's been no talk of marriage," the source said at the time adding that neither wanted to move in together.
The two began dating in June. They were spotted several times together over the summer but both denied they were in a relationship. When the model was asked about the dancer at the 10th Annual Style Awards where she was named Model of the Year, she said the two were just friends.
Chmerkovskiy also denied reports that he was dating the blonde bombshell telling reporters back in July that they go way back. Neither one has spoken publicly about their relationship but they have been spotted out and about around New York City holding hands.
