Ahead of the most recent GOP debate and Iowa caucuses, Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump gave an interview to Fox News' Jesse Watters, host of "Watters World," in which he candidly discussed everything from his breakfast cereal requirements and smoking weed to how he met his wife.
Trump said he was at a party the first time he spotted his wife, then-international supermodel Melania Knauss.
"I saw this very beautiful woman and I said, 'boy, would I like to get that phone number,' and it wasn't easy, believe me. It took me about five weeks actually - it was not a quickie," the billionaire real estate mogul told Watters.
When asked if he got down on one knee to propose, Trump said, "No - but it was a pretty hard phone number to get."
As for experimenting with marijuana, as the past three U.S. presidents have, Trump insists he's never touched the stuff.
"I would tell you 100 percent 'cause everyone else seems to admit it now-a-days so I'd actually tell you. It's almost like - 'hey,' it's a sign," Trump said, adding, "I've never smoked a cigarette either."
And he's not such a big fan of breakfast, either. But if he does indulge, it's usually bacon, eggs and cereal – and it better be made in the United States.
"I try and avoid breakfast actually. If I can, I'll avoid breakfast. In terms of that I will like have a lunch but my big thing is dinner," Trump said.
"If I have it - I like bacon, eggs, I like cereals - different kinds of cereals. Made in the USA, has to be made in the USA. You know the cornflake type stuff, Raisin Bran. Has to be right out of the fields of Iowa."
Watters also asks Trump if he would ever consider appointing family members to his cabinet if he wins his bid for the White House in November.
"In terms of competence, we can't do any better but I don't think so. Somehow I may take heat and actually I shouldn't take heat. Can you imagine Ivanka as Secretary of something? Believe me, they would do well. But probably not," Trump said.
Democratic presidential contender Hillary Clinton's yoga practices and former President Bill Clinton's golf game also came up in the interview. Trump said he has a hard time imagining Clinton doing yoga, but he still thinks it's good. "If it makes her happy - you know what, if it makes her happy, let her do it."
Trump admitted that Bill Clinton's golf swing is "really fine." "You know he gets criticized - he actually plays very nicely," he admitted. Trump's golf game, on the other hand, isn't doing so well. "My games have been good over the years but it's suffering badly," Trump said.
And he couldn't help but throw in a dig at President Obama, whom he says has absolutely no great accomplishments. "There are none," Trump said bluntly.
However, the president's "golf game should be doing OK."
"[Obama] plays more than most PGA professionals so his game should be doing OK - my game is suffering," Trump told Watters. "And you know what; my game will suffer if I get elected because you have to focus - we have so many things to do between the debt and Obamacare and the borders and security and the military and the vets... A lot to do - you can't be playing too much golf."
The "Watters World" interview will air on Fox News Channel this Saturday at 5 p.m. EST and re-air at 8 p.m. EST.
Watters first got his break as host of the "Watters World" comedy segment on Fox News' "The O'Reilly Factor," where he took to the streets to interview everyday people about hot political topics of the day. The segment did so well that it was spun off into its own series of one-hour specials. Watters recently sat down with HNGN to talk about his show, politics and his experience working at Fox News.
