Demand for chicken wings rises during Super Bowl weekend, as over 1.3 billion Americans love to have the dish when they watch the game, according to The Huffington Post. However, you can still enjoy chicken wings any time of the year, and if you're still not over Super Bowl fever, then prepare any of these four chicken wings recipes at home:
1) Hot Wings
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
1/4 cup sriracha (add more depending on your taste)
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced or grated
2 pounds chicken wings
Cooking oil for the pan
Procedure: Mix all of the ingredients together and marinate for an hour. Afterwards, heat some oil in a pan and cook the chicken covered in high heat for at least 15 minutes. Flip the chicken now and then. Then add the remaining marinade and let this reduce to a nice sauce consistency. Serve hot.
You could also grill the chicken for at least 18 minutes. Don't forget to brush the marinade now and then, too.

2) Baked Brown Sugar Chicken Wings With Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce
Wings ingredients:
2 pounds chicken wings
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cream sauce ingredients:
1/3 cup roasted red pepper, chopped
2 ounces goat cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
Procedure: Line a baking sheet with foil and pre-heat the oven at 425 degrees F. In a bowl, combine the wings and the rest of the ingredients. Next, combine the cream sauce ingredients in a food processor. Set this aside. Put the wings in the baking sheet and cook for 25 minutes. Use tongs to turn these at 10 or 12 minutes. Serve with sauce.

3) Cola Glazed Baked Wings
Ingredients:
1 cup cola
2 limes (for its juice)
1 1/2 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
1 jalapeno, finely minced and without the seeds
2 pounds chicken wings
1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Procedure: Preheat the broiler setting in the oven and line a backing sheet with aluminum foil. Then combine soda, lime juice, brown sugar and jalapeno in a sauce pan. Bring to boil at roughly 30 minutes or until it becomes syrupy. Next, prepare the wings in a large bowl with salt and pepper, pour the glaze and toss everything back in the sauce pan. Then set the chicken in a baking sheet and broil for 10 minutes on each side. Brush the chicken with extra glaze from time to time.

4) Vietnamese Fish Sauce Wings
Ingredients:
1/4 cup fish sauce
1/4 cup superfine sugar
8 cloves garlic, 5 crushed and 3 minced
1 1/2 pounds chicken wings
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, plus more for frying
1/3 cup cornstarch
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon chopped mint
Procedure: Combine fish sauce, sugar and garlic in a bowl and then toss wings. Let it cool in the fridge for at least three hours. Prepare a skillet with cooking oil, then sauté garlic for three minutes. Set aside and drain on paper towel.
In a pot, heat about two inches of cooking oil. Take the chicken out of the fridge and coat this with cornstarch. Don't throw the marinade, but let it simmer until it is of syrup consistency.
Deep fry the chicken in batches for 10 minutes then drain on paper towel Toss the cooked wings, add the fried garlic, cilantro and mint before serving.
