World's Heaviest Man Walks For The First Time In Years (VIDEO)

The world's heaviest person was able to walk for the first time in years, with the wonderful achievement caught on camera for the world to see, according to Fox News. Khaled Mohsen Al Shaeri, a 17-year-old boy from Saudi Arabia, weighed an astonishing 1,345 pounds. With the help of medical professionals, he was able to loose a whopping 700 pounds, according to Health Medicine Network.

Sources are saying it is the first time he has walked since becoming a teenager.

Video footage shows him walking around and smiling, assisted by a walker going down what appears to be a facility hallway.

The teen made headlines in August of 2013 after he was airlifted to a hospital at the request of the late late King Abdullah, according to the Daily Mail. About 30 people and a crane had to work together just to get him out to be airlifted.

At the King Fahd Medical City in Saudia Arabia's capitol of Riyadh, he was treated and given a strict exercise regiment. His hard work will, hopefully, continue as he tries to lose more weight.
