Ted Cruz targeted fans of the 1999 cult classic "Office Space" in his latest campaign ad mocking Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. The Republican presidential candidate parodied the Mike Judge film and its memorable scene of destroying the copy machine.
In the ad "It Feels Good to Be a Clinton," a Clinton lookalike and two other gentlemen destroy a computer tower and its server, referencing the Democrat's email scandal that has been a favorite target of her Republican rivals. It also calls into question the veteran politician's to escape most controversy unscathed and ends with the words, "Lies. Corruption. Clinton."
The campaign ad was released on Friday in anticipation of the next presidential primary in South Carolina on Feb. 27.

Cruz and his supporters weren't laughing about another campaign ad released before the upcoming South Carolina primary. The political ad, "Conservatives Anonymous" featuring former adult film actress Amy Lindsay was pulled once Cruz's campaign discovered her unsavory film credentials, according to Buzzfeed News.
"The actress responded to an open casting call. She passed her audition and got the job. Unfornately, she was not vetted by the production company. Had the campaign know of her full filmography, we obviously would not have let her appear in the ad," Cruz spokesman Rick Tyler told Buzzfeed News.
Lindsay, who identifies as a Christian conservative and Republican appeared in the softcore porn movies "Erotic Confessions," "Carnal Wishes," "Secrets of a Chambermaid" and "Insatiable Desires." She told Buzzfeed News that she never appeared in any hardcore porn films and also did some work in non-erotic movies.
After the campaign pulled the ad, Lindsay tweeted her disappointment in the decision. She hoped her presence in the ad would show that Cruz had supporters that weren't "just some old Christian bigot," but "could be, maybe, a cool kind of open-minded woman like me," she told Buzzfeed News.
