The world may get a front row seat to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's wedding next summer. According to US Weekly, the couple is considering filming their vowel exchange but there's a catch.
"If they choose to film the wedding, it will be filmed by them, not a TV crew," the source told the magazine. "And they'd sell it to a network."
During a radio interview with Power 106 The "Black Skinhead" rapper admitted that he has considered having the nuptials televised telling the station that he would only do it for a whole lot of money.
"I would take as much as possible, if someone's gonna pay me to broadcast that," he said. "I was thinking about that the other day. People got all these perceptions of what they think makes something official and not official - what's official for everybody in this room and everybody on this glove right now is some bills. We can help those bills."
The source also told US the wedding is going to be "magnificent" but "on the small side."
Hmmm, a small wedding for Kardashian and West? Maybe the couple has recently decided to scale things back but according to a report by OK! Magazine, the rapper was planning a two-week Italian wedding ceremony totaling $5 million.
Sources told the magazine the West and his new fiancé want to have a destination wedding on the Italian island of Capri next summer.
"He's making a public statement that his wedding tops all weddings throughout history," the source said.
The source also said that West leased Capri Villa's San Michele for 14 days for a reported $500,000. The color scheme of the wedding is said to be black, diamonds and gold and to ensure that family and friends can make it to the ceremony he is paying for everything except the flight to Capri.
"We'll have grand suites and all the events are on him," the source said. "Kanye is friends with the three-star Michelin chef Massimo Bottura. Sample menus have already been mocked up for Kanye to peruse."
The rapper even admitted to Power 106 that he wanted fighter jets at the wedding.
