The Tomorrow People Scoop: Secrets of Stephen's Mother to be Revealed

Ever since the Jamison family dinner which included uncle Jedekiah (Mark Pellegrino), Stephen's mother has garnered some much deserve suspicion. Personally, I'm expecting her to eventually exhibit Tomorrow Person powers. Even if that's not that's not the mystery which surrounds her, she's hiding something. And Robbie Amell, who plays Stephen, confirmed as much according to EOnline.

"My mom is hiding a lot of things from me, and she's not as innocent as she makes herself out to be," Robbie Amell reveals. "My mom knows more about my father than she's letting on, and a lot of things come to light in episodes 11, 12, and 13. Sarah Clarke is so fantastic, and I read one of the scenes that actually had my jaw on the floor.

"I am so excited for her, and I can't tell you what it is, but she knows some things that Stephen didn't even know."

While we're still waiting to find out more about Stephen's mother, we were able to find out slightly more about Stephen's father during the last episode. When Stephen was about to drown in the sewer, he went to this mystical looking blue place (probably why the episode was entitled "Limbo") where his father was. His father explained Stephen could save "The Tomorrow People" but he had to find "Thanatos".

According to the preview for the next episode, which is in fact entitled "Thanatos", John and his underground gang will have to deal with Russell's brilliant idea to -- kidnap Jedekiah.

"The Tomorrow People" airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on The CW.
