Air Jordan 12 The Master Arrives In Stores Feb. 27 (PHOTOS, VIDEO)

One of Michael Jordan's most lusted after shoe lines with Nike, the Air Jordan 12, is dropping its retro collection on Saturday. The shoes known as "The Master," which was first seen in 1997 when the basketball superstar featured in an Air Jordan ad campaign, is set to make its comeback, XXL reported.

Sneakerheads have been waiting for this release since Nike announced that Air Jordan 12 was coming out with some of its best-loved classics. The Master pair, part of the Poster Collection, is designed with three colorways - black, white and gold. Four golden clasps are set on each side of the shoes and a figure of the "Jumpman," which represents Jordan, appears in white in the midsole right above the laces. The same figure is also seen inside the shoes as part of its branding, according to Footwear News.

The Air Jordan 12 The Master carries a $190 price tag and it also comes in smaller sizes for children. The grade school sizes are going for $140, while the preschool and toddler sizes are retailing for $75 and $55 each, according to Nike.

Nike retail stores and Jordan Brand establishments will have the kicks in stock on the release date, but the shoes are already available for pre-ordering at the online store.
