‘Batman V Superman’ Merchandise Spoils Wonder Woman Character Detail

"Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" has largely kept Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman shrouded in mystery throughout its promotional campaign. Sure, Zack Snyder has spoken at length about the character in the lead up to his highly anticipated superhero team up, but fans still don't know much about the Amazonian warrior. However, a new piece of "Dawn of Justice" merchandise has revealed the job of her alter ego, Diana Prince.

No, her day job isn't the biggest spoiler in the world, but if you really don't want to know how she pays the bills then turn back now.

Unofficial Instagram account wonderwomanbr post several images of toys, posters and everything else that has Gadot's face on it. Yesterday, they posted an image of a Wonder Woman bust from "Batman V Superman."

The description in the photo read:

"The world's first and foremost female Super Hero, Wonder Woman at once embodies the unrivaled force and supreme grace of a born warrior, and the genuine compassion and understanding of a true humanitarian. As a symbol of equality, power, and truth, her natural confidence and unmistakable intelligence make her an unequalled, if unexpected, ally. The immortal Amazonian Princess Diana keeps her eyes and ears open for intrigue as the beautiful and mysterious antiques dealer, Diana Prince."

Considering that Wonder Woman herself is an antique - rumors peg her age in the DC Extended Universe to be around 5,000 years old - this particular career choice seems fitting.

In the 1970s television series starring Lynda Carter, Wonder Woman's day job was that of a Navy Yeoman Petty Officer First Class. In her comic book past she has held a number of different occupations. In "Sensation Comics #1," she is an army nurse which is how she meets love interest Steve Trevor, played by Chris Pine in the upcoming solo film. She's also owned a boutique, been a secretary and worked in a museum. Needless to say, Wonder Woman is an eclectic heroine.

"Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" will hit theaters on March 25. Gadot will then star in her own solo "Wonder Woman" movie set to arrive on July 23, 2017.
