Miley Cyrus has managed to be on both TIME's Best Dressed and Worst Dressed lists for 2013
Just when you thought Miley Cyrus had run out of ways to surprise you, she makes it to two of TIME's 54 "Top 10" lists released at the end of each year- the best dressed and the worst dressed.
The songstress managed to top the list of "Worst Dressed" celebrities of 2013 with her nude latex bikini that she wore during her controversial VMA performance. In the "Best Dressed" celebrity list, she was placed sixth for her grand appearance at the Fashion Group International's Night of Stars in a shimmering green Marc Jacob gown.
Jennifer Lawrence topped the best dressed list for her Oscar appearance in a stunning white Dior gown. She took home the Best Actress trophy that night for her role in "Silver Linings Playbook." Kate Middleton, Rihanna, Jane Fonda and Kate Hudson rounded up the top five. Other actresses that made the list include Mariah Carey, Selena Gomez and Solange Knowles. Channing Tatum was the only male on the list, placed at number 9 for his appearance at this year's Oscars in a Gucci three-piece tuxedo.
Kim Kardashian's controversial appearance in a floral pattern Riccardo Tisci gown made it to the second spot on the worst dressed list. Anne Hathaway, Z LaLa and Justin Bieber rounded up the top five on this list. The bottom half of the list was hogged by all women stars including Florence, Zosia Mamet, Julianne Hough, Ke$ha and Rita Ora.
Cyrus has made headlines for many controversial reasons this year and hence her name on the worst dressed list doesn't seem so bad comparatively. The singer managed to redeem her disastrous VMA appearance on several occasions following the event but her nude latex bikini is very hard to forget whenever Cyrus' dressing sense is discussed.
