Arrow Season 2 Spoilers: Laurel and Brother Blood 'Get Involved'; Barry's Encounter With His Hero May Not Go As Imagined

Oliver's life was on the line last week forcing Felicity to go to Barry for help. (The alternative would have been calling the cops and exposing Oliver's identity.)

In the last episode, we saw just how much Barry admires the vigilante. Well, according TVLine.om, Barry's dream of meeting the vigilante and the reality of meeting the vigilante may be two totally different things.

"[Barry is] getting to see that sometimes it's better not meeting your heroes, because they're complicated and cranky... and maybe jealous of the way you're looking at their assistant," executive producer Andrew Kriesberg recently told TVLine.com.

However, as Kreisberg points out, Oliver is not the type to get too caught up in feelings.

"At the end of the day, Oliver just wants the job done and Barry helps get the job done - and that's sort of the saving grace for him," the EP said.

In other "Arrow" news, things are about to get much worse for Laurel, who already has it pretty bad.

According to TVGuide.com, Oliver will soon learn about a villain fans have known about for a while.

"He finds out about [Sebastian's] Brother Blood persona before we wrap the fall run, but he doesn't discover that that person is connected to Sebastian," Stephen Amell, who plays Oliver, said.

Here comes the bad news for Laurel.

"They start running into each other more," Katie Cassidy said of Laurel and Blood. "They do get involved in a certain way."

Poor Laurel needs a win.

"Arrow" airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on The CW.
